Heartfelt Country Artist from Nashville, TN

Little Flower House Concert #6

The sixth house concert featured the very talented Cheley Tackett. She’s a country artist from Nashville, TN and our guests were happy to have her stop in Indianapolis to play for us! She’s a talented singer, songwriter, and guitarist with quite a following. Several guests traveled from out of town to see her perform in this intimate house concert setting.

Cheley is an accomplished musician and had a great performance at the Little Flower House Concert Series. Her voice had soul, emotion, and grit that made guests want to listen to her words. She had an energy and storytelling ability that captured listeners. While she already had a solid following, Cheley Tackett gained several new followers at the house concert that night.

First Ever Fan Tattoo

Something uncommon happened at this house concert that made it very memorable for this artist (and for one guest in particular!). Here’s how Cheley Tackett explained it.

Cheley Tackett Tattoo

“In late 2019, I had the good fortune of being a guest (artist) at the Little Flower House Concert Series. And I had a relatively unique experience, in that a member of the audience approached me after the show and asked me to sign her arm. Um, that’s fairly unique in and of itself, but I obliged got out the Sharpie and signed her arm. She told me that she was going to go get a tattoo of my signature the next day. And lo and behold, she did! She sent me pictures of it… That was my first ever fan tattoo. So, I’m not gonna suggest that that is something that happens to everybody that plays a Little Flower House Concert, but it happened to me.”

Angela Scott-Sharr was the fan who got the tattoo and here’s what she had to say “…That was a great night. Cheley saw I had an Ashley McBryde tattoo and wrote on a CD she signed that she wanted on my arm. So, I just had her sign it right there and went the next day to get it done. Magic Still Happens is my favorite song of hers and has such a great meaning behind it so it was perfect.
